So what is Meditation?
Meditation by definition:
When looking up what meditation is, by western standards using a common dictionary was it discovered that Meditation is:
med·i·ta·tion /ˌmedəˈtāSHən/
1. the action or practicing of meditating????
As a definition this leaves any person wondering
so..let's make it simple
'Meditation is a conscious thought
placed in a present moment
envisioned
felt
experienced and held
by
the body, mind, soul
that gives one a focus
and if one is lucky
Peace.'

What is a simple meditation that I can use?
The very first thing you ever did when you were born, when you fully took in the world around you was to breath...
so we shall start with the breath for that is a very good place to start.
Sitting comfortably,
wherever you maybe
focus your awareness on your diaphragm,
the small place at the base of your sternum and
also just under your belly
where we will draw our strength..
Fill up that area with your breath..
breathing not from the chest but from the core of your being...
breathe like this 5 times ..in..and out...
then...do this again now..
but this time breath in from your nose..and out through your mouth...
exhaling everything.
Now, that you have felt true breath....
Close your eyes and breathe at least 10 times like this...
but don't stop if you don't want to.
Breathe in....slowly...deeply...fully.....
hold for a second or two
then Breathe out.....through your mouth...slowly...deeply....fully
The breathe...
is our first meditation..
