This gives you a sense of calm and balance and this is what is always needed as humans, balance. You will find it opens up all the channels of the body and lowers heart rate. You can do this at your desk or at a chair as well as at the yoga mat. Make sure you are sitting in good posture and your feet then are firmly on the ground you can cross your ankles lighty too to also connect both sides, the choice is up to you, you are your own Guru and will know what feels good and what ..does not.
